No specialized training is<br \/>\nrequired to operate an i-Series panel.<br \/>\nIntuitive lighting indicates the status of<br \/>\nkeys for ease of use. Each key may<br \/>\nbe programmed for talk, listen, or<br \/>\ntalk-with-listen.<br \/>\nThe keys are built into either five<br \/>\ncharacter alphanumeric display module<br \/>\nor a non-display module and serve as<br \/>\nthe basic building blocks of an i-Series<br \/>\nintercom panel. A panel can accommodate from one to four key modules<br \/>\nwhich can be added or removed<br \/>\nas needed.<br \/>\n<strong>Function Keypad Module<\/strong><br \/>\nThe function keypad module offers<br \/>\nthe user a number of extra features:<br \/>\n\u2022 Access to the shift page<br \/>\n\u2022 Local key assignment<br \/>\n\u2022 IFB source and destination<br \/>\nassignment<br \/>\n\u2022 Side tone adjustment<br \/>\n<strong>Aux-101 Module<\/strong><br \/>\nThe AUX-101 module gives the user<br \/>\naccess to multiple audio sources,<br \/>\nmultiple speakers, and headset inputs\/<br \/>\noutputs when an auxiliary options<br \/>\nmodule is installed (i-1470E only).
